Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short-term work programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Review and approve method statements and risk assessments
  • Coordinate the call-off of materials and logistics
  • Conduct quality control checks and client liaison
  • Attend coordination meetings and report on progress against the program
  • Ensure snagging and handover are completed to the highest standards

This project involves the construction of 17 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom flats, along with associated ground floor space, works, parking, access, and landscaping.

Fawkes & Reece South is a regional office of a south coast-based main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects in the Dorset area. Our company has a proven track record in the delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes across various sectors.

Requirements:

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Site Manager with 5+ years of experience in the role. You will possess excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills. A proven track record of work for a top twenty main contractor is advantageous. Previous experience of refurbishment or a change of use project would be beneficial.
