HR Coordinator

We are currently working in partnership with a local manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator. This will be a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of £27,088.50. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with employee lifecycle processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
- Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and providing HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
- Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans to ensure efficient completion
- Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system, along with any other data systems
- Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, and induction packs
- Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
- Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
Requirements:
- Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries
- Ability to manage HR inbox
- Organise training and induction packs for new starters
