Job Title: Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Reed Legal. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in civil and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer comprehensive legal services in civil and commercial litigation, including commercial disputes, property and landlord-tenant issues, residential tenancy matters, contentious probate, personal injury claims, and insolvency and debt collection.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation, ensuring client confidentiality and regular updates on case progress.
  • Engage in business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives, to maintain and generate new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong client relationships through understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service, including handling enquiries and complaints effectively.
Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor – CILEX and SQE also accepted.
  • NQ – PQE considered.
  • Must have worked within Litigation at a Law Firm within recent years.
  • Experienced in both civil and commercial litigation.
