The Proud to Care Devon team is seeking a skilled and dedicated social worker to join our experienced social care teams in Devon. As an Approved Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social care pathways to individuals with mental health conditions.

We are committed to providing ongoing learning and support to help you achieve your career goals and submit an application for progression to the Experienced Social Worker (Grade G) via a portfolio of supporting evidence against the PCF framework.
