Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Manager at GAP Group Ltd., you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within your designated region. This role involves leading, developing, and managing the performance of your Technical Sales Representatives team, including conducting KPI meetings and joint customer visits.

About the Role
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and negotiate sales agreements. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the Technical Sales Representatives team
  • Conduct KPI meetings and joint customer visits
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers
  • Negotiate sales agreements and prepare proposals
  • Deliver presentations at a senior level
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
