We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Specialist to join The ONE Group Ltd in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This role will involve enhancing consumer engagement and driving growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consumer Engagement: Optimise the entire customer journey from first click to conversion across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Drive Growth: Achieve targets for acquisition, conversion, and retention while boosting website revenue through digital channels.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work with external partners and teams to enhance the website and third-party platforms like Amazon.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics to maximise performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, AOV, and CTR.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce selling products online.
  • Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify platforms.
  • Success in implementing digital marketing strategies with external agencies.
  • Understanding of SEO and PPC, with the ability to analyse performance using Google tools.
  • Experience with email marketing and CMS platforms like HubSpot and Klaviyo.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce principles and be able to drive online sales and growth. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
