Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing assembly and in-process test processes and facilities to deliver safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing knowledge to develop and implement assembly and in-process test processes and facilities.
  • Planning, developing, and implementing installation timing plans with key suppliers.
  • Ensuring robust process planning including build simulations and PFMEA's.
  • Assembly process and equipment verification at suppliers and at manufacturing facility.
  • Managing technical issues and escalating where appropriate.
  • Achieving equipment capability and availability targets.
  • Supporting the resolution of technical issues where appropriate.
  • Planning, developing, and implementing all written processes for manufacturing and all tooling, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of manufacturing and engineering processes, tools, and techniques with a hands-on approach to engineering.
  • Experience of facility installation, project management, capability validation, commissioning, and product launch.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams and flexibility to support projects from early concepts to launch.
  • Ability to use CAD packages to review engineering drawings and models.
  • Understanding of safe automated and manual manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to problem-solve technical and manufacturing issues.
