Job Summary:
CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance department and the production of statutory reporting for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance Sheet Management: Take full ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring accuracy and integrity are maintained throughout.
- Statutory Reporting: Assist with the production of the annual statutory accounts and act as the main point of contact to external auditors.
- Financial Returns: Prepare statutory returns, including VAT and P11D submissions.
- Budget Preparation: Support the preparation of the annual budget, including liaising with key non-finance stakeholders.
- Team Management: Manage the finance team, conducting monthly 1-2-1's and ensuring the continual development of each individual.
Requirements:
- A full accountancy qualification or strong qualified by experience candidates with the relevant skill set.
- Previous experience in a similar position and strong staff management skills.
Additional Information:
- The role will be offered on a hybrid basis, with the successful applicant expected to attend the office 3 days a week.
