Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the order desk, developing relationships with existing customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customers' orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate monthly order, warranty, and stock reports to inform business decisions
- Plan and coordinate customer events to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth
- Manage freight bookings to ensure seamless logistics
- Create and amend part numbers to optimize inventory management
- Respond to all inbound sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, customers, and stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Communicate product incentives and promotions to customers to drive sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or account management within a manufacturing environment
- Order processing experience and proficiency in using Word, Excel, and company systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Competency in using SAP and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented and quick learner with a strong work ethic
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00, Friday: 08:30 - 16:30, with a 1-hour lunch break
