Culinary Apprentice

At Marriott International, we're looking for talented and creative chefs to join our team as a Culinary Apprentice. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a commercial kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from simple menu items to complex special requests.

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  
• Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces

• A commis chef who has completed a level 2 apprenticeship & looking to progress their career
