Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate in our London-based team, you will utilize your skills and ideas to contribute to our success. The Healthcare investment banking group provides corporate clients with advice, access to financing and execution expertise across a wide range of investment banking products.

The team focuses on the full range of health care industry participants, including managed care companies, life sciences companies, health service providers and medical devices manufacturers.

Your responsibilities include developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and structuring and executing financial transactions.

You will gain exposure to the firm's businesses, expand your knowledge of the investment banking industry and develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and analyzing financial models
  • Organizing and preparing client presentations
  • Helping manage transaction processes
  • Assisting in structuring transactions
  • Developing financial models
  • Performing customized company valuation analysis
  • Participating in mergers and acquisitions transactions and fixed income and equity issuances

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, plus bonus potential.
