About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commercial Development and Investment team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on commercial development and investment.

About the Team

Our team is one of the largest and most experienced in the UK, advising a wide range of clients on high-value and strategically important deals and projects. We have a strong track record of delivering innovative and commercial solutions to complex specifications, and our clients value our expertise and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition and disposal of land and properties, including unregistered land;
  • Major redevelopment projects;
  • Lettings and pre-lettings;
  • Management of real estate portfolios;
  • Associated property deeds and documents;
  • Funding, including title investigation, searches, and negotiations;
  • Marketing and client entertainment/training events.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on commercial development and investment. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
