Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions in both the Health Care Unit and housing units.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of RNs and Health Care Practitioners.
  • Administering medications, including IV therapy if certified, and performing diagnostic tests according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating with RNs and staff to ensure effective communication and adherence to safety techniques and standard precautions.
Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferably a minimum of one year of clinic experience.
