About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ICS Technical and Cyber Programme Lead to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the coordination, workplan, and technical documentation for our IT and Cyber activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate IT and Cyber projects and programmes to deliver the Trust's digital strategy
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and workplans to ensure effective project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT and Cyber activities with the Trust's strategic objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters

Requirements

  • Significant experience of NHS Health Informatics at a Senior Level
  • Delivery of complex programmes of work using the PRINCE methodology
  • Procurement and delivery of Information systems
  • Production of Information Strategies/Business Cases/Option Appraisals
  • Managerial experience with effective influencing and motivational skills
  • Effective personal written and oral communication skills
  • Motivational presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Change Management experience with planning and organisational abilities
  • Able to work under pressure with extensive experience working in an operational capacity in a healthcare setting
