Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Financial Adviser, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication
- Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and maintaining accurate records
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and generating leads
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations
- Current Financial Planning Administrator qualification or equivalent experience
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in financial planning and wealth management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Competitive salary of £27,000 plus up to £3,000 bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days office-based and 3 days remote work
- Dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth
