We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Housing Officer Care and Support. In this role, you will work closely with young people aged 16 and 17 years old at risk of homelessness, as well as care leavers aged 18-21.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of service users, identifying their needs and requirements in relation to our services.
* Establish and maintain regular contact with service users, providing a professional and supportive relationship.
* Develop and implement risk assessments, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
* Foster relationships with external agencies and groups to support service users' needs.
* Respond promptly to internal and external complaints, addressing anti-social behavior and reporting any risks.
