Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements, using our systems of observation to ensure no milestone goes unnoticed
  • Work closely with parents and colleagues to set individualized goals and celebrate children's successes
  • Contribute to the creation of a nurturing environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and individuality

Requirements

  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and Education)
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting
  • Alignment with Kido's core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead
  • Right to work in the UK
