We are seeking a skilled Gas & Plumbing Trainer to join our team at Oakmoor Recruitment. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating the successful completion of Level 3 Gas and Plumbing apprenticeship qualifications at our high-tech training facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver classroom-based training to apprentices, ensuring the highest standards of learner completions are met.
- Monitor candidates' progress, including regular progression reviews and target setting.
- Maintain accurate records of awarding body and funding body documentation.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a time served Gas/Plumbing Engineer.
- NVQ L3 Gas/Plumbing/Heating related apprenticeship qualification.
- Desirable: Oftec qualified and hold a current ACS accreditation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
