About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our client within their team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Coventry with flexible hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with OFGEM's distribution licence requirements.

Job Description:
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and business separation requirements.
  • Deliver expert guidance and reporting to the IDNO.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums.
  • Investigate and address compliance issues or complaints.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in compliance or regulatory roles.
  • Solid understanding of OFGEM electricity distribution regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
