Job Summary
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our Gynaecology Team.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are provided to patients throughout their journey, from initial assessment to post-operative care. This will involve working closely with the ward coordinator and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Associate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is keen to learn and take on new clinical skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to use their own initiative and judgment to resolve issues, and will have a tactful and sensitive manner.
Person Specification
- Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate and NMC registration
- Willingness to undertake self-development activities to improve clinical effectiveness
- Able to identify own learning needs and ensure own professional development is maintained by keeping up to date with practice development
