Civil Infrastructure Engineer Position

Established in Sheffield, this role offers a chance to work with an award-winning consultancy firm. As a successful Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of an inspiring team with career longevity.

The ideal candidate will have general infrastructure design experience as well as residential infrastructure design expertise, including drainage and highway design to adoptable standards (S38, S278, S104 and S206). A BSc or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent is required.

Remuneration Package

About the Role
  1. Design and prepare highway designs including vertical and horizontal geometry.
  2. Highways and Drainage design experience (S278, 38, 104).
  3. Design and prepare drawings for surface water, sewer networks, and external ground levels in the residential and commercial sectors.
  4. Work with specialist software for drainage and infrastructure designs including AutoCAD, PDS, and Microdrainage/Windes.
  5. Ensure project work is carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
  6. Coordinate your work with other members of the project team and ensure all relevant staff are informed of client matters.
Requirements
  1. BSc or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Drainage and Highways design to adoptable standards (S38, S278, S104, S206).
