About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of English to join our team at Star Academies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an engaging and challenging English curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Lead and manage a team of English teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other subject leaders to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to English education.
