  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical and mental health to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with service users, fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to support their recovery journey.
  • Provide education and training on blood-borne viruses (BBV) and Hepatitis B injections, ensuring service users have the knowledge and skills to manage their health effectively.
  • Train service users and staff on Naloxone administration, ensuring timely and effective response to overdose situations.

Requirements

  • BA in Nursing and Active NMC Pin
  • Experience of working within substance misuse
