Senior Paralegal

Role Overview:
The Farmland Transaction Coordinator will play a vital role in our Agriculture & Rural Team, coordinating complex farmland transactions and supporting the team with drafting legal documents, meeting with clients, preparing auction packs, handling first registrations, and assisting with secured and unsecured lending transactions. Key responsibilities include supporting marketing activities, providing administrative assistance, and building strong relationships with rural clients to provide expert advice on agricultural law and property law. Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents and meeting with clients to discuss their needs;
Preparing auction packs and handling first registrations;
Assisting with secured and unsecured lending transactions;
Supporting marketing activities and providing administrative assistance;
Building strong relationships with rural clients to provide expert advice on agricultural law and property law.

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience;
