We are seeking a skilled and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Guildford, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide excellent service and resolve queries in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary, maintaining a positive tone throughout.
  • Process customer orders and manage account information accurately and securely.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks, utilizing CRM systems effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Able to handle high-volume queries while maintaining attention to detail, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:
