We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at PHMG, a global audio branding agency.
About the Role
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
What We Offer
In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of £750 (first 3 months), taking your total earnings to £55,000+ in Year 1. On top of this, you can also earn uncapped commission, up to £85,000+, as well as regular pay rises based on performance. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
