Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care, and commercial services in the UK. With a strong commitment to customer service, we are seeking a skilled Customer Care Finishing Operative to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily customer care visits to properties with reported minor cosmetic snags and defects.
  • Perform minor repairs, including paint work, plastering, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Travel to various properties, with diaries managed by coordinators.
  • Carry out internal inspections and liaise with Customer Care Coordinators daily.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trades experience, including carpentry, paint, and plastering.
  • City and Guilds/NVQ Level in trades or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Able to use a Sanctuary tablet, internet, emails, and recording information on the customer care app.
  • A valid UK driving licence is required for company business.
