About the Role:
As a Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. Your dedication, reliability, and support will make a difference every day.
Our care home provides a range of services to older people with various needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking for someone with a caring and kind approach to work with our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and daily record keeping.
- Engage in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Complete current and appropriate documentation as required.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.40 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bank vacancies available.
- Nights shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday -
- 28 Days holiday including bank holidays
