Job Overview

The Front-of-House Support Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Leadership Team, including travel arrangements, executive assistant services, and front-of-house duties.

This is a part-time position requiring coverage of 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, with working hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors, screen reception calls, and handle administrative tasks.
  2. Manage the travel inbox, arrange domestic and international travel, and book accommodations as needed.
  3. Assist with organizing events, meetings, workshops, and away-day communications.
  4. Oversee stationery supplies and order office materials.
  5. Receive, sign for, and distribute deliveries, sort mail, and make trips to the post office when necessary.
  6. Provide administrative assistance to the management team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and have strong organizational abilities. They will also have English and maths GCSE level or equivalent qualifications.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
