About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at our Swindon Outlet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in store
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
