Job Title: EPOS/IT Engineer

Concept Resourcing is seeking experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with a printer migration project.

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled engineers to work on a contract basis, starting from 14th October, to the end of December, with revisits planned until the end of January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform printer migrations
  2. Update printer firmware
  3. Configure printers
  4. Resolve any technical issues that may arise
  5. Complete sign-off and sign-out procedures
Working Hours:

Saturday to Wednesday evening work, 10 hours per day, including travel time.

The contract will start with training, which will include one onsite day and one shadowing day. Engineers will work 5 days a week, a combination of onsite work and retention.

Travel will be a requirement of this role, and engineers must have access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance and a valid MOT.

Engineers will be required to work over the Christmas period.

Requirements:
  1. Experienced field engineers with experience of script-based ATM/EPOS/IT project work
  2. Full UK driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance
  3. Standard engineering toolkit, smartphone for sign-off, PPE, etc.
  4. Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate (completed within the last 12 months) or willingness to complete certification
Remuneration:

£200 per evening shift, based on a 10-hour day, including travel.

£130 per evening retention shift.

Overtime beyond 10 hours is paid at £20 per hour.
