We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design risk management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

About the Job

The successful candidate will lead the design risk management process, working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into the design process.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Leading the design risk management process under CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into the design process.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitating design team meetings and workshops to promote best practices in health and safety.
  • Providing training and guidance on CDM regulations and safety protocols.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
