About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Controller to lead our team in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop to maintain high productivity and quality.

• Run an efficient operation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities.
• Oversight and motivation of all bodyshop colleagues.
• Estimating accident damage vehicles and dealing with insurance claims.
• Oversight of smart repair side of the business.

• Current experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or supervisory role within a Bodyshop.
• Audatex experience for estimating accident damage.
• Drive and determination to maintain a productive department.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results through others.

• Competitive salary: £35k basic, £40k+ OTE.
