Cardiac Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Acute Cardiac Centre in Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, including those requiring interventional procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the cardiac team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in cardiology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.

- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMC.
- A degree or diploma in nursing or a related field.
- Experience of working in a cardiac or acute care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
