We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Associate with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Construction team in Manchester. As a trusted advisor to government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, and more, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, working collaboratively on high-value client matters, and taking early responsibility within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of construction work, including advising on all aspects of Construction Law across various sectors.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, working collaboratively on high-value client matters.
  • Take early responsibility within a supportive environment, with exceptional career prospects and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Construction matters with a non-contentious focus.
  • Demonstrate resilience, ambition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach to work.
  • Ability to draft clear, legally effective documents and remain calm under pressure.
