In-House Property Litigation Attorney

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client's in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property litigation files, including landlord and tenant, breach of lease, possession, and other claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise junior members of staff.
- Advise and progress other litigation cases on behalf of the company, including commercial litigation matters and contract disputes.
- Assist and work on other varied property matters, including deeds of variation and enfranchisement matters.
- Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
- Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- UK qualified Solicitor with experience in a reputable Property Litigation team, ideally with 5+ PQE.
- Strong experience and understanding of property matters, both litigated and transactional.
- Developed empathy and interpersonal skills with good abilities to work in a team.
- Strong technical ability, including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of enfranchisement matters would be advantageous but not essential.
