Teaching Assistant Lead

**About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our SEN school.
Your key responsibilities will include leading small group activities, providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, and assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs.
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and promote positive behavior.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and involvement in IEPs.
* Competitive pay with rates that value skills and experience.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
