Job Title: Chartered Landscape Architect - Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Landscape Architect to join our busy Cardiff team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with our Architects and remote landscape team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with Architects and remote landscape team to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) qualification.
  • Proven experience in project leadership, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in design, planning, and LVIA.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
