Are you a skilled BIM expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with Revit software and want to take your career to the next level?

We are seeking a talented BIM Specialist to join our team at an independent MEP Consulting Engineering practice. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a key role in standardising and improving current processes, allowing our experienced Design Engineers to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our M&E Design Team to deliver high-quality models and associated IT admin duties. Long-term, the appointed candidate can look forward to developing into a BIM Manager role, building a small team to support live projects.

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus ongoing training and professional development opportunities. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you can work on a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining accurate BIM models using Revit software
• Collaborating with M&E Design Engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prioritising workload and managing deadlines to meet project requirements
• Fulfilling IT admin duties and ensuring data integrity
