We are working with a well-established, fully independent financial planning organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser.
Our client provides comprehensive financial solutions to clients across the Devon and Somerset regions, and is now seeking to recruit a Financial Adviser to take over a substantial book of clients.
The Managing Director has an extensive client portfolio, and is looking to hand off a large amount of these clients so they can focus on growing the business - the client bank you will be inheriting will be in the region of £30M AUM.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored financial advice to clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a financial adviser, preferably in an independent capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Basic salary circa £50,000 (although this can be flexible for the right individual) + performance-based bonuses.
