Schneider Electric is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Andover, MA team as a Commercial Building Automation Specialist Co-Op. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in commercial building automation and integration projects, working alongside our dynamic team in the Digital Buildings Innovation Lab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply domain expertise in commercial buildings to contribute to innovation and integration projects within our engineering lab
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HVAC principles and their application in building automation systems
  • Collaborate with technical partners and other business units to showcase innovation and interoperability in the digital/commercial buildings domain

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Building Automation)
  • Experience in commercial building automation and integration projects
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and their application in building systems is a plus
  • Python, Java script, and UX/UI design experience highly desirable
  • Proficient in hands-on wiring and troubleshooting of building automation systems
  • Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making
  • Genuine interest in professional growth within the commercial building sector
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a prior Customer-facing role
  • Ability to work full-time based in Andover, MA
