About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils of all ages with complex needs, including autism and challenging behaviours. You will work closely with teachers to assist in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours, including those with autism.
  • Assist in delivering educational programmes and activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Engage with pupils in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers through home/school communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £23,893 pro-rata (Actual Salary £19,581.83 - £19,909.30)
