Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our team in a dynamic environment with a focus on cosmetic surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare and organize necessary equipment for surgeries.
  • Inventory Counts: Perform initial counts of sponges, instruments, and needles.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with other nurse teams throughout the surgical process.
  • Post-Surgery Care: Assist with dressing wounds and preparing the patient for the recovery room.
  • Surgical Assistance: Assist the surgeon throughout the procedure with various tasks.

Requirements:

Formal nursing qualifications are required. Must live locally and be flexible to cover shifts as per the rota. On-call duties after the surgical list are also required.

Shift Patterns: Shifts start at either 7 am or 9 am.
