Mobile Engineer

Fuse Energy is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end, front-end developers, and product designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve performance, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Full Mobile App Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of the full mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile development trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Mobile Development Experience: 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (iOS/Android or both).
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin.
  • Mobile Design Principles: Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UI/UX, and best practices.
  • API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
  • Cloud Message APIs: Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Mobile Security: Solid understanding of mobile security best practices.
  • Agile Development: Experience in agile development environments and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
Bonus Skills:
  • Energy-Related Experience: Experience with energy-related products or applications.
  • Energy Markets: Knowledge of energy markets and sustainability initiatives.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
