Job Opportunity for Support Staff

We are currently recruiting for Support Staff to work in our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in and around Epsom.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with transferable skills to join our team and support children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with special educational needs in a Primary or Secondary school setting
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide individualized support to children with varying needs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Calm and patient nature, with the ability to work with children of all needs and abilities
  • Happy to use own initiative and get involved in school activities
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Kind and caring towards children, with a willingness to take on training and development opportunities
  • Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
