Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for efficiently working on a fast-paced production line, setting up and operating plastic injection moulding machines, and meeting set production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct visual quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve our production goals
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays, as required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and operate machinery
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the company
  • Availability to commit to a designated shift pattern
  • Ability to thrive under tight targets and deadlines
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rates: £13.55 for 2 shift and £14.25 for 3 shift
  • Minimum of 39 hours per week, excluding overtime
  • Overtime rates: Time and a half and double time
  • All training provided
