About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a focal point for our contracted customers and Programme Managers, handling time-critical orders and ensuring requirements are handled efficiently.
  • Provide continuity for our customers and Programme Managers, ensuring demands are raised in a timely manner, sources of supply are identified, and shipments are arranged in accordance with contractual service levels.
  • Assist with the airline/customer daily operational demands process, alongside the fulfillment of customer requests in accordance with contractual service levels.
  • Proactively engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of all contractual requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction and contract performance.
  • Identify potential problems and risks, evaluate, and anticipate implications, and be proactive with all concerned parties in developing and defining contingency/recovery plans and actions.
Requirements
  • Proven time-critical supply chain or logistics operations experience gained within a high-pressurized/time-critical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with demanding customers.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to easily adapt to in-house IT systems.
