NPI Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between R&D and Manufacturing, ensuring the seamless introduction of new products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
About the Role
The successful NPI Engineer will have a degree in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering or Electromechanical Assembly, and commercial experience in new product introduction or process engineering. You will have experience working with CAD Software, preferably SolidWorks, and project management skills would be highly desirable. Occasional travel, both UK and international, is required for this role.
