About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is representing a specialist consultancy renowned for its expertise in the water sector, seeking a dependable Waterborne Pathogen Assessor to join their team in the Midlands.

This is a permanent position involving travel across the UK to assess facilities for Legionella risks and provide expert advice on risk mitigation strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough risk assessments to identify potential Legionella risks and sources.
  • Analyze water samples and conduct on-site testing to determine the presence of Legionella bacteria.
  • Compile detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for risk reduction.
  • Work closely with clients to develop tailored water management plans to prevent Legionella growth.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines related to Legionella risk assessment.
