Job Description:
We're looking for a highly driven professional to join our team and help shape Tesco Marketplace, a key pillar of our strategy to become the most convenient grocer, offering customers the opportunity to shop a wide range of 3rd party products seamlessly on Tesco.com.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in translating our strategy into action by recruiting and managing a set of sellers to deliver a compelling range proposition for customers and achieve our Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with a compelling set of sellers to list on our Marketplace, maintaining a pipeline for new sellers, and working closely with our on-range, merchandising and promotional strategies teams.

You will also identify product areas for future Marketplace growth, work with sellers to manage their accounts, and collaborate with the Tesco Commercial colleagues to develop and implement category-level strategies.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team, great communication skills, and experience managing a budget. If you have these skills, we'd love to hear from you.
